What to Expect at Cycle Haven

Cycle Haven handles routine bicycle maintenance and repairs with a clear process from intake to collection. We begin with a mechanical inspection, explain what we find, and separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance before any additional work is approved.

Our workshop services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. For each bicycle, we assess condition first so the recommended scope matches the actual needs of the bike.

If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately after compatibility is checked. Turnaround depends on the work required and parts availability, and we do not promise completion dates until the inspection is complete and the service scope is confirmed.

We also support walk-in puncture assessment and seasonal maintenance reminders. The workshop offers extended hours on weekdays and Saturdays, with booking available by phone, email, contact form, or drop-in visit.
