QHow can I book a service?
You can book by phone, email, contact form, or by visiting the workshop. We also accept drop-ins for puncture assessment when available.
QHow long does a tune-up usually take?
Standard tune-ups are usually completed in 2 to 4 business days after inspection, depending on the condition of the bicycle and parts availability.
QDo you approve extra work before starting?
Yes. If additional work is needed, we explain it first and ask for approval before proceeding.
QWhich payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.
