What to Expect During Bicycle Servicing

Your visit starts with a service inquiry and bicycle intake. We then carry out a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention, explain the findings clearly, and separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance.

Common work includes safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately after compatibility is checked.

Clear inspection, practical repairs, and approval before extra work.

Cycle Haven handles general bicycle servicing and repairs with a straightforward process from intake to collection.

We use a fixed labour package after the initial inspection, with additional work only carried out after approval. Typical turnaround for the essential tune-up profile is two to four business days, depending on the bicycle condition and parts availability.

Once repairs and adjustments are complete, every bicycle goes through a quality check before collection. We then review the service summary so you know what was completed and what may need attention later.
